Double Bayou Crawfish Farm & Catering Company 

Founded in 2015 Double Bayou Crawfish Farm & Catering Company is a locally owned family business operating in Anahuac, Texas on the East & West fork of Double Bayou. We provide the Texas Gulf Coast with fresh, farm raised, crawfish and offer private catering on the farm as well as onsite catering for up to 500 of your guest. Our crawfish and rice fields are precision leveled and complete with water control structures allowing us to intensely manage field conditions throughout the growing season. An abundance of waterfowl, native and seasonal birds inhabit these fields allowing excellent hunting and bird watching opportunities. With a private boat ramp, dock and direct access to Trinity Bay, our farm is truly the definition of a sportsmen's paradise! More than a mile of Double Bayou's banks and brackish water meander their way through our farm, providing game fish such as speckle trout, red fish, flounder, bass, catfish and a host of other species that are easily accessible from the bank, boat, or kayak. Take the half mile boat ride from the lodge up to the head of the bay where endless fishing opportunities begin!
